RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to accept full responsibility for the security of the vehicle(s) and I am responsible for payment at full market value of car stolen, lost or for any reason it is not returned to Gresser Motor or one of their employees during this rental period.
I agree to assume all risk and liability resulting from the use of the vehicle(s) during rental, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Gresser Implement Inc. and all its branches from any claim arising from misuse including operating vehicle while using alcohol or drugs. All drivers will be 18 years of age or older.
I understand that I am financially responsible for damage regardless of fault upon return. I understand that I am financially responsible and liable for any damage that is caused by rental of vehicle during rental.
I understand that I am responsible for maintenance of vehicle(s) during rental period. Electric car maintenance includes checking and adding water to batteries and cleaning cables of corrosion. Renter is responsible for replacement of batteries that are low of water or are allowed to freeze. Gas car maintenance includes checking and adding oil as needed and cleaning air filter. Renter is responsible to pay for engine damage due to lack of oil or dirty air filter.
Gas cars are filled to designated mark on gas tank and are to be returned filled to mark. I understand that I am financially responsible for cost of refueling equipment in not returned fuel.
I agree to pay all fees incurred in collecting unpaid rental fees, repair bills or full payment of rented vehicle.
All vehicles will be cleaned prior to scheduled pick up or return to Gresser Motor Sport.
